Food hygiene inspectors on the Isle of Wight have been busy rating hotels, restaurants, shops and food trucks in the last couple of months.
Each eatery or food-producing business on the Island is awarded a score of 0-5, based on how hygienic facilities and conditions are and their food handling practices and procedures.
Where 5 is the best, and 0 could lead to serious consequences, officers from the Isle of Wight Council’s environmental health team inspect premises for the safety of those who eat there or consume their food.

Not so good in bembridge. Care homes. It needs more attention.slack and not what you expect. I worked in large a small kitchens and you need to be on the ball.you will make folks unwell.
When the inspectors agree an inspection date with the proprietors, it’s makes the review pointless and the process is flawed … beyond the day of inspection .
