KEITH SAYS GOODBYE TO THE FORCE AFTER 43 YEARS

The firearms licensing team on the Isle of Wight is saying goodbye to a long standing member of their team today (Wednesday).

Keith Wood joined Hampshire Constabulary in 1974, and has served as a firearms enquiry officer on the Island for 12 years.

A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary has said:

“We’d like to thank him [Keith] for his long and dedicated service to the community as he’s retiring today. We know that Keith has always gone the extra mile to help members of the public with firearms licensing enquiries, but we’d like to take this opportunity to remind people of the best points of contact”.
