An Island charity that specialises in enabling access to services for disabled people is set to hold an open day this month in the hopes of recruiting more volunteers.
Isle Access regularly hold sessions for those affected by disabilities, including cycling sessions in Newport and Freshwater on most weekends.
The charity relies on volunteers and grants to keep the sessions running and is looking for new members to help take on various duties.
An open day is set to be held on the 12th June between 11:00 and 13:00 at Seaclose Basketball Courts in Newport for those interested in helping to run the charity to find out more, along with businesses who may be able to contribute towards the costs of the charities activities.
If you feel that you could help Isle Access make a difference, you can head to the open day, or contact the Treasurer at [email protected].
All applicants will have to complete a DBS check before volunteering.
