Isle of Wight parents are being offered the chance to send their teenage children on an enriching 3-week Summer holiday camp – including a 2-week residential stay – for just £35.00.
Local deal website The Price is Wight has teamed up with Cowes-based UKSA to offer a 97% discount on the 2019 holiday activity programme, which will include skiing, kayaking, biking and climbing. These transformational youth development programmes – run in conjunction with the National Citizen Service – are normally worth £1,500.
Not only will the 3-week camp offer youngsters the opportunity to try that hand at new activities, it will also include workshops on CVs, career planning, mental health and first aid.
The programme includes 2 weeks of residential stay both on and off the Island, plus a third week based in Cowes. All equipment is provided and the price includes food and accommodation.
This offer is aimed at children aged 15-17 but all participants must be at least 16 by 31st August 2019.

Social action project on the Island. You will be tasked with planning and delivering a community project that has a lasting impact in your local area. 2018 students were involved with raising funds for the Islands very first Seabin! Includes lunch.
