Shanklin teenager Lorelei Fisher, who stole headlight bulbs from a car, is to be sentenced later this month. Fisher, 18, of East Mead, admitted theft from a vehicle and vehicle interference when she appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court on Friday (17th May). At just after 01:00 on 16th April 2024, Fisher was seen attempting to access 2 vehicles – a Vauxhall Astra and Ford Fiesta – at an address in Newport. Having gained entry to the Ford, Fisher went rifling through the interior of the vehicle and took some headlight bulbs from the vehicle. Police later found headlight bulbs items in her possession, prosecutor Liz Miller told the court. The matter has been adjourned until 28th May to allow the case to be dealt with alongside other matters concerning Fisher in the Magistrates Court.
