Local car enthusiast and pub landlord, Rich Fox, has revealed the latest incarnation of his Ford Focus RS ahead of this weekend’s Isle of Wight Takeover.
The ‘Monster’ features in a new video produced by Fuelled Media which highlights the struggles experienced by Rich in chasing his passion for all things motoring. Rich, from Brading, talks about how he and his family have experienced personal attacks and hate over the years, simply for doing something he enjoys with such passion.
The video has been produced to express that online bullying disguised as ‘banter’ is never okay and to encourage fellow enthusiasts to chase their dreams, ignore haters and live a life you love.
Throughout the year, the Focus RS will go up against the most insane builds on the planet at modified car shows across the country. Towards the end of 2021, Rich will be hoping to clinch ‘Car of the Year’ in a variety of top car magazines, such as Fast Car and Fast Ford.
Foxy’s £150,000 build will make its debut at the Isle of Wight Takeover car show on Sunday (13th June) at the County Showground, Northwood.
Rich has thanked those who have supported him in producing the Monster, saying that everything with this build would not have been possible without the team behind it.

Nothing will happen in 2030, sales are only being stopped for what are described as mainstream petrol / diesel cars. It will be a very long time before electric or a better alternative are in majority use.. Best compromise for motoring enthusiasts will be a petrol for pleasure and something else for running around in. obviously by then the smart meter will be geared to a massive cost per unit in tax whenever we charge our cars, so it wont be cheap motoring! Great to see all the cherished cars out on the road too.
