The former Perran Lodge Hotel in Shanklin has been transformed into 5 luxury holiday apartments, which marks an expansion for Island-based business Vectis Holiday Homes.
Dove Court Holiday Apartments is soon to open on Cresent Road and boasts a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments close to the cliff path, seafront and shopping amenities.
The apartments have been architect designed to create high quality contemporary accommodation within a stone built Victorian gentleman’s residence, which retains many of its original features.
Vectis Holiday Homes already operate a successful luxury cliff top apartment, The Seascape, overlooking Sandown Bay. This new venture in Shanklin is an expansion for the business, which is headed up by Eamonn Fetton.
Speaking about the new apartment block, Eamonn has said:
“We are delighted to offer spacious, well equipped apartments, each with its own external terrace/patio, as well as communal gardens and parking. Our ambition was to create holiday homes where our guests could stay in style”.
The first guests will be welcomed soon after a formal launch event on Thursday 19th April.
