A garden fence was flattened – and a motorcycle damaged – when a Fiat 500 mounted the pavement on a quiet cul-de-sac in Gunville yesterday evening (Saturday).
Police were called at 19:10 to reports that a car had collided with a garden fence on Chapel Close.
The incident also saw a parked motorcycle damaged.
No injuries were reported and no arrests made.
The Fiat was recovered from the scene, with the incident concluded by 20:15.
It’s getting to the stage that the Council will need to
start installing bollards along Pavements to stop
vehicles mounting them.
It would also STOP Numpty’s parking on Pavements!
Imagine if anybody had been walking on pavement ,,be a different story then, not just a smack on the wrist
