Island-based charity Independent Arts is holding a prize draw with a pair of weekend camping tickets to Isle of Wight Festival 2017 up for grabs.
The tickets have been donated to Independent Arts by the Festival organisers as part of their charity initiative, which has seen them donate tickets to several charities to aid fundraising.
The Isle of Wight Festival takes place from 8th-11th June 2017 at Seaclose Park Newport, featuring headline acts Rod Stewart, Arcade Fire, Clean Bandit, David Guetta, Run DMC and Rag ‘N’ Bone Man. Weekend camping tickets are currently selling online at £195 each.
Kate Ball, Chief Executive at Independent Arts is delighted with the support the charity has received from the Isle of Wight Festival organisers:
“We are absolutely thrilled to have been donated a pair of tickets for the IW Festival which will allow us to fundraise to support our work across the Island.
“The creative activities Independent Arts delivers across the Isle of Wight are vital to the health and wellbeing of many residents, and it is fantastic that Isle of Wight Festival can see the value in the work we do and support us in this way.”
Tickets for the draw cost £2 and can be purchased at Skintrade and Gold Tone Music, or online at www.independentarts.org.uk. 100% of the proceeds go directly to the charity to deliver more creative activities in the future. The draw will take place on Friday 2nd June at 15:00.
