Emergency services are responding to reports of a collision involving a cyclist in Whippingham this afternoon (Tuesday).
It’s understood that several police units alongside the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service are in attendance at the scene on Whippingham Road where a female casualty is being treated after coming off of her bicycle.
Motorists heading between East Cowes and Racecourse Roundabout are advised to expect delays on their journeys.
The cyclist’s condition is not currently known.
