A driver has collided with a tree in Newport this evening (Friday) whilst leaving Sainsbury’s car park.
The female behind the wheel of a Ford B-Max has exited the Foxes Road site before accelerating whilst turning, manoeuvring 180 degrees then driving into bushes and colliding with a tree.
The less-than-year-old vehicle has sustained damage, however the driver has escaped any injury.
No pedestrians have been involved in the minor incident, which occurred shortly before 19:00.
