FESTIVAL: DAY 1: SUN SHINES AS REVELLERS ARRIVE FOR ISLE OF WIGHT FESTIVAL 2024

20062024 Iowfestival2024 Big Top Scouting For Girlssarah Louise Bennett- Slb5191.nefCampers started arriving at sunny Seaclose Park for this year’s Isle of Wight Festival yesterday (Thursday), kickstarting a 4-day extravaganza.

Crowds are still arriving on the Island today as the festival gets underway proper with performances from the likes of The Darkness, Crowded House, James Marriott, The Streets and The Prodigy on today’s bill.

Peter Crouch got proceedings underway in The Big Top on Thursday afternoon as he hosted a live recording of That Peter Crouch Podcast ahead of England’s EUROs match against Denmark. Crouchy, Chris and Steve warmed up the crowd ahead of kick-off with football banter, insightful discussions and of course some signature dance moves from Peter himself.
