Ryde man Jordan Canning, who appeared before Magistrates earlier today (Friday) charged with 4 sexual offences against a child, has seen his case sent to the Isle of Wight Crown Court. The 31-year-old, of Star Street, appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court facing 4 charges of offender 18 or over engage in penetrative sexual activity with a girl 13-15. The alleged offences are said to have occurred in May 2023 and involved numerous acts of penetration. Due to the seriousness of the alleged offences, the case has been sent up to the Isle of Wight Crown Court on 7th May. Mr Canning has been granted unconditional bail until that time.

I’m sure most of these judges must be wrong’ons to keep giving these paedophiles pathetic bail conditions and sentences in case they get busted themselves one day!
