Isle of Wight Pearl hosted their fifth Leaflet Exchange last Friday (1st March) and it was a huge success with 24 exhibitors attending the event.

The exchange event allows Isle of Wight attractions to promote their businesses to accommodation providers from across the Island, enabling them to be more informed about what their guests can do whilst on holiday.

Businesses exhibiting on the day included The National Trust, Isle of Wight Zoo, Monkey Haven, Botanical Gardens and Adventure Activities, among others.

Sophie Adkins from the Farringford Estate said:

“It is a great opportunity and everybody very willing to chat – thought there was real buzz and met some lovely people”.

Rossanne Burfoot from Isle of Wight Pearl said:

“It never fails to surprise us what wonderful activities there are available on the island and every time we meet new attractions and accommodations who are looking for new ways to grow their businesses.

“It’s great to have the support of Visit Isle of Wight and other island business to enable us to provide an event that brings businesses across the island together at the same time and place.

“We believe the success of the island is about businesses working together and the Leaflet Exchange is a great example of just that. A huge thank you to everyone who attended”.

The next leaflet exchange will be held Friday 8th November 2019.
