The ever-popular annual Santa Dash for the Earl Mountbatten Hospice is just around the corner and there is still time to register online for the event on Sunday 4th December 2016.
Santa Dash starts and finishes at Ryde Superbowl, where Chief Executive Nigel Hartley will be starting the race at 11:00. Those taking part will be able to run, jog or walk the 5km route along Ryde Esplanade. Participants are asked to arrive in plenty of time to sign in. All are welcome….even reindeer dogs!
Anyone wanting to enter is urged to visit www.iwhospice.org to complete the online registration, which will close at midday on Friday 2nd December, or call Fundraising on 01983 217300. After that time, registration will be available on the day of the event.
The entry fee includes a Santa Suit and medal, and not forgetting a well-deserved mince pie once the course has been completed. Anyone who raises over £50 in sponsorship will be entered into a prize draw.
