The Island Youth Water Activities Centre has announced that they are closing at the end of the month (March).
It has been confirmed that the Cowes-based Centre has been unable to secure enough work in the pipeline to cover its costs and that assets are now being sold in order for IYWAC to meet its obligations to customers and suppliers.
A spokesperson for IYWAC has said:
“We would like to thank all our supporters who have helped make IYWAC the fun and friendly place that it is.
“If you are interested in any of the equipment for sale please contact the Centre on (01983) 293073”.
