Government-advised local and national restrictions may change which means amendments may be made to services at short notice.

Can any member of the public with a valid Southern Vectis bus pass use these buses? Or are they going to invent a fictional policy that prevents vulnerable schoolchildren, with a perfectly valid public bus pass, using them and leave them stranded? Abhorrent behaviour from a public service company!
