The Cowes floating bridge is set to be out of service on Wednesday.
The vital link between East and West Cowes will not be in operational for between 4 and 6 hours from 09:30 on Wednesday 7th January. The disruption is said to be due to essential maintenance.
Diversions for motorists will be in place via Newport, however a passenger launch will be available for those on foot.
