Customers interested in receiving email updates about the company and providing feedback on services are invited to join the groups. There will be opportunities from time to time to meet senior staff to discuss cross-Solent travel but there is no obligation to attend all of the meetings, people can go to as many or as few as they wish. Summaries of the discussions will be posted on the Wightlink website.
Two kick-off meetings have been arranged to launch the groups:
- Tuesday 25th March at 16:30 at the Yarmouth ticket hall
- Thursday 27th March at 17:00 at the Ryde Pier meeting room
Wightlink Chief Executive, Russell Kew said:
