Fans of Prezzo in Newport will be excited to hear that the doors are re-opening on Monday 21st September.
To celebrate, diners will be able to enjoy some new additions to the menu; a new calamari recipe, 4 new pizzas, a new chicken burger, plus new cocktails and coolers! A brand new vegan Spaghetti Bolognese is being introduced too – also available with gluten free pasta.
As you would expect, keeping everyone safe and healthy is the chain’s top priority. A number of new initiatives have been implemented to make sure customers are safe including:
- All menus will now be disposable to ensure no contamination
- Digital ordering from a smartphone or tablet using the QR code displayed on each table (customers can still order with one of our team if they’d prefer)
- Standard social distancing markers, hand sanitiser units, and posters with Public Health England advice throughout the restaurants
- The restaurants are now cashless. Customers can settle their bill using Apple Pay or Android Pay, contactless or Chip and PIN
Karen Jones, Executive Chair, says:
“We can’t wait to welcome back our much-missed customers to Prezzo Isle of Wight.
Our sole focus is to blend safe and healthy working practices with proper hospitality to give our people confidence and our customers a wonderful, enjoyable return to Prezzo. Roll on 21st September!”

Shame give it two weeks and they will all be shut down again
Sorry to say, but l think it will be sooner rather than later.
Inconsistent governance. Don’t get in groups of more than 6. Please, go eat out at a busy restaurant.
At the start of this pandemic we had two choices. Ignore it and let hundreds of thousands die. Or lock down hard and restrict daily life till we have a vaccine. Seems the government took option 3…….
