Graffiti sprayed on the side of a railway bridge in Sandown, which is seen by thousands of motorists every day, will be removed – but no date has been given as to when this will be completed.
Councillor Ian Ward, who represents the Sandown South ward, has been investigating who is responsible for cleaning up the message on the concrete supports of the bridge at Avenue Road.
The graffiti reads ‘No Mask, No Test, No Vax’, thought to be referring to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the message was originally sprayed on several weeks ago the words ‘no brains’ have been added – presumably by a pro-vaccine local.
It’s now been confirmed that cleaning up the graffiti is the responsibility of South Western Railway, not Island Roads. The railway operator has accepted responsibility and are said to have engaged contractors to remove the spray paint, although no set completion day has been forthcoming.
At least the message is ‘balanced’
So, it is up to the individual to trust or not the rushed vaccine
But, so long as most take it, then those who chose not to, will be safer as their will be less people infected to spread it.
So a win, win, whatever.
Let everyone decide for themselves.

Personally I would rather wait until the ‘dead virus’ British jab is out, as the American version uses something which is d.n.a based which seems more ‘unnatural’.

Pure fantasy. The card is a personal reminder to get the second jab. After that, you can throw it away. The majority of people won’t get a jab until well into 2021.In the meantime, you are suggesting they won’t be let into pubs,restaurants etc? That would include you then….
Vaccine has not been rushed. It is very similar to the one for SARS. It is using work on SARS from the last 10 years. Stop spreading miss information and lies. And stop spray painting your rubbish on the island. You’re making it look like an intercity ghetto.
The vaccine being given is the Pfizer Biontec one which is the GERMAN one manufactured in Belgium not the American one (Maderna) who are seeking FDA emergency approval next week (17th dec) (that will allow use in the states) it has still to get UK approval. The Oxford/ Astrazeneca vaccine is still in phase 3 trials with early data submitted for analysis
Given that all life on earth is made up of DNA, and viruses are made up of RNA, quite how it can seem “unnatural” is beyond me.

FACT: There is NO long term safety data for the new Covid vax. FACT: The new mRNA vaccine is novel technology and thus it is experimental – about to be rolled-out to hundreds of millions of currently healthy persons.
There is data that shows many have died from the virus though. Whilst there is no long term data on the vaccine, there is now long term data on what this virus can do to us. So I guess it’s a little like standing on the cliff edge – jump and you did. Walk away and you’ll love but could die crossing the road…..there are few certainties in life and fear / mistrust is understandable but there comes a time when logic has to take precedence. I’ll be taking the vaccine and I hope all of my family will too. The alternative isn’t pleasant.
And you trust the data that these people have died OF it do you? You could have your head cut off and test positive for CONVID 19 and your cause of death would be CONVID 19. Cretins.

On the other hand, the ONS estimates show that the death rate is much higher, with people dying of the virus who do not get a test and therefore do not get shown in the official statistics.

They, Pfizer, also state they do not know the effects or interaction between medication and the vaccine which seems obscene, considering this vaccine is going out to elderly/vulnerable, who are possibly on a high amount of medications, does this not sounds dangerous?

FACT: RNA is what viruses are made from. Every vaccine in history has used RNA, even if that RNA is a deactivated version of the virus.

Surely, with the amount of criminals sentenced to unpaid work, the Probation Service can purchase a can of graffiti remover and get the job done quicker than waiting for South Western Railway?
Oddly, if an individual took it upon themselves to remove the graffiti without the consent of the owner of the defaced property, the law says that they are equally as guilty of criminal damage as the original perpetrator. However, having said that, not only would the owner not prosecute, but any court would throw it out anyway. My point merely demonstrates the peculiar archaic laws that govern us. Also, if Banksy had claimed responsibility, it would be worth a fortune! Bizarre!!

Why remove it at all?
Paint over it and make the entire bridge look better. Get a local artist to paint a mural showing new Island Line trains, advertise the railway and cover up the concrete at the same time.
