Ronnie Manders, the child of a former player and nephew of three current players of Solent Netball Club, sadly lost his battle with rare Juvenile Myelomonocytic Leukemia last year.
Now, a netball tournament has been organised to help raise awareness of the illness and to help raise funds for the Anthony Nolan Foundation through Ronnie’s memory.
The event will take place at Sandown Bay Academy on Sunday 21st September at 14:30 followed by presentation, raffle and refreshments at the nearby Sandown & Shanklin Rugby Club.
All are welcome.
