VIDEO: A professionally produced film promoting the attractions of Ventnor town and its soon to be opened Enterprise Centre has been launched today (Tuesday).
Following the grant of a 26-year lease of the former Ventnor Coastal Centre building and its grounds to Ventnor Town Council by the Isle of Wight Council, a major refurbishment and reconfiguration building programme is about to begin.
The Ventnor Enterprise Centre will provide attractive spaces for businesses in the creative industries and office-based services set between the amazing views over Ventnor Bay and the attractions and advantages of its High Street.
Rooms vary in size from 146 to 273 square feet and are available to rent from £17.50 to £19.50 per square foot plus VAT and inclusive of electricity, water, business rates, building insurance and high quality phone and internet connectivity – ideal for start up businesses and those on a budget.
It is expected to be open for business by July and the town council are now inviting Expressions of Interest with bookings confirmed as soon as possible.
