A spate of car thefts in Ventnor has prompted an appeal from Police.
Three vehicles in total were broken into earlier this week on Gills Cliff Road, Lowtherville Road and St Boniface Road in the town between 18:00 Wednesday and 08:00 on Thursday.
All three vehicles were left insecure.
PC Neil Payne of Hampshire Constabulary said:
“We’d like to remind people not to leave anything of value in their vehicles. Also, do remember to lock your vehicle, even if you are away from it for only a short time.
“We’d also advise motorists not to lock valuables in the boot of cars.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Neil Payne at Shanklin Police Station on 101. Information can be given anonymously by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
