Wightlink’s Wight Ryder 1 will be removed from service for its annual refit from Monday (3rd March), resulting in a change to the Ryde Pier Head to Portsmouth Harbour cross-Solent timetable.
During the refit, the charter vessel Solent Cat will operate with a crossing time of 25 minutes. The following timetable is to be run;
From Portsmouth:
– Wight Ryder 2 will operate at 15 minutes past each hour from 05:15 until 22:15.
– Solent Cat will operate at 07:40, 08:40, 16:40, 17:40 and 18:45.
From Ryde:
Wight Ryder 2 will operate at 47 minutes past each hour from 05:47 until 22:47.
Solent Cat will operate at 07:10, 08:10, 09:10, 17:10 and 18:10.
Normal service is in operation on Saturday and Sundays.
Wight Ryder I will return to service Wednesday 19th March (inclusive).
