England beach soccer international goalkeeper Tommy Jackson – who comes from the Isle of Wight – scored a remarkable 40-yard strike in the Spanish Beach Soccer League last Friday (17th June).
Playing for Second Division Malaga City against Marrazon Football Base, Tommy received a back pass in his own half, which he then bounced 3 times on his knee before volleying the ball into the opposition goal.
Tommy’s effort was not sufficient to ensure a Malaga victory as his team lost the game 5-6.
This was the final game of the season for Tommy, who plays for Cowes Sports and the Isle of Wight beach soccer team back home.
