Three children from Tops Day Nursery, based at the Isle of Wight College, have presented a ‘Royal’ bear to the first baby born at St Mary’s Hospital’s maternity unit after Prince William and Kate Middleton’s baby boy arrived.
Pre-schoolers Ethan, Jack and Jasmine presented their Tops bear, complete with a crown and card, to the new born, who was born just hours after the prince, to mark his ‘royal’ welcome into the world on Monday.
