Ryde’s main Post Office is set to close for two days next month for a refurbishment, to result in more accessible services.
The dated Post Office, located at McColl’s convenience store in Union Street, will see a wheelchair-friendly counter installed as well as other general refurbishments.
Customers can expect to see longer opening hours also, with the store open between 08:00 and 18:30 Monday to Saturday and from 09:00 to midday on a Sunday.
The work will begin at 17:30 on Tuesday 24th September for two days, reopening at 13:00 on Thursday 26th September.
