POLICE INVESTIGATE TERRACOTTA DRAGON THEFT

policetapeOfficers from Hampshire Constabulary are this week investigating the theft of an unusual object from a garden in Apse Heath.
A 4ft tall terracotta Dragon ornament is reported to have been stolen from the front garden of a property on Newport Road between Monday and Wednesday.Due to its weight, at least two people would have had to have removed the worn but valuable display piece.

The Dragon is described as being in a seated position with one front paw missing, its tongue sticking out and was painted red, however most of the paint has flaked off.
