Newport Rowing Club will host clubs from around the Solent area in the latest round of the Hants & Dorset 2022 Championship this coming weekend (30/31st July).
Coastal 4s racing will take place on Saturday and Small Boats and Junior racing on Sunday. Races will start around 12:00 on both days.
As well as competition from the mainland, there will be a healthy rivalry between the 3 Island clubs of Ryde, Shanklin & Sandown and Newport.
Spectating is free and can be accessed from the footpath along the west bank of the Medina, between Vestas and Newport.
Refreshments will also be available from Newport Rowing Club.
