Morrisons fuel station in Lake has been closed due to an issue with the power supply.
Motorists have been forced to go elsewhere for their petrol and diesel this week after the electric tripped yesterday (Tuesday).
It is hoped that the forecourt will be back up and running tomorrow (Thursday) when a needed part and engineer arrive from the mainland.
The store in Lake is unaffected.

Wife was going to fill up, means I will have to now. Have they no standby generators?
They do but they are for the electronics like tills and ordering system. Petrol stations have a fireman’s control isolation and are fed separately from all other circuits (Normally) they won’t leave it long as profits will be affected.
I see. Too late to help me though, Likely I will have to pay for it now AND get wet.
Send the wife….. lol
That’s a shame Brian wear a coat
