Ryde Inshore Rescue, the busiest independent lifeboat station on the Island, are asking residents to vote for the charity in a nationwide competition from Direct Debit.
Ryde Rescue have made it through to the top 100 charities in this month’s ‘Big Break’ competition from Direct Debit and are now in with the chance of winning a £2000 prize.
The ‘100 Good Causes’ scheme sees the cause with the most votes each month receive £2,000 with the the runner up receiving £1,000 plus a further £2,000 being divided equally amongst the runners up.
