The Isle of Wight has seen a fall in the number of residents claiming Jobseekers Allowance during the month of March.
Figures released today reveal that 258 less people are claiming the unemployment benefit on the Island, bringing the total to 3852 claimants. Compared to March 2012, this is a fall of 34 people.
As the Summer season gets underway, this figure is expected to drop even further during April.
