Thousands of people are preparing to sail across the Solent for next week’s Isle of Wight Festival, but Islanders are being offered a 25% discount on ferry travel during the Festival period.
Wightlink is offering 25% off all sailings from the Island on Thursday 12th June and selected sailings on Friday 13th June, returning from the mainland on Sunday 15th June and selected sailings on Monday 16th June.
The special offer applies only to the Island residents economy fare for a car and up to seven people (Economy IW).
Wightlink’s Head of Marketing, Mark Persad said:
“We know being on the Isle of Wight for the Festival is the highlight of the year for many music lovers. But we suspect some Islanders may not be quite as enthusiastic. We have the perfect answer.”
