A man accused of causing the death of 28-year-old Rachel Titley following a road traffic collision in Yarmouth last year has pleaded not guilty.
Craig Eccleston-Todd, 26 of Clifford Street in Newport, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing death by careless driving whilst over the drink-drive limit after a fatal collision on Bouldnor Road, Yarmouth back on 11th October 2013.
Miss Titley (pictured) of St Saviours Road, Totland was extricated from the wreckage of her vehicle by firefighters after she collided with another vehicle, a red Citoren Xsara, on the A3054 Bouldnor Road as she headed Westbound.
Eccleston-Todd is due to appear at Portsmouth Crown Court on 27th October, over a year since the incident.
