A 50-year-old man from East Cowes, accused of touching 2 girls under the age of 13, has appeared before Isle of Wight Magistrates.
Wayne Norris, of Osborne Road, is accused of grabbing a girl and kissing one of them on the hand before asking to marry her.
Norris is charged with 2 counts of touching a girl under the age of 13 – an incident that allegedly happened whilst the 2 girls were outside playing together.
Appearing at court on Monday, Norris entered no plea and was granted conditional bail under curfew between 14:00 and 02:00. His case was adjourned for trial on 6th September at the Isle of Wight Crown Court.
another fool that appears to have completely destroyed his own future, his own sanity, his own prospects, his own standing amongst his probably, soon to be, former friends and family and is likely to have lost any job, ability to earn a living and most likely his freedom for a while.
Then he has the rest of his life looking over his shoulder, living in fear of attack by others when they find out they have a nonce living near them.
he is a drunk and judging by the black eyes and broken jaw he has I would say they have already caught up with him!
Was the man mentally ill? There is no real explanation given for why he behaved that way. Was he drunk? Doesn’t it depend on whether he is suffering from some condition or whether he was just some stupid drunk or under the influence of something?
