DEPLETED RYDE ROWING CLUB SQUAD ATTENDS COALPORTERS REGATTA

The Isle of Wight Festival and injuries led to a much-depleted Ryde Rowing club squad at Coalporters Regatta on the River Itchen in Southampton on Saturday (18th June).

Ryde had just a Coastal Junior 4 racing, consisting of Elliott O’Sullivan, Paddy Kearney, Will Hall, and Ben Sanderson – coxed by Dan Sanderson – who were narrowly defeated in their heat, failing to make the final.

A similar fate befell the 2 Men’s Coastal Junior Pair Crews of Ben and Dan Sanderson and Paddy Kearney and Will Hall, who also both failed to make their final.
