Islander Dave Berridge has taken first place at the epic 6633 Ultra Marathon in Canada, completing an amazing 353 miles.
52-year-old Dave, who lives in Thorley, took on the extreme conditions as he trekked across the Dempster Highway to Tuktoyaktu, raising money for the Great Ormond Street Hospital.
The mega marathon, which started on 22nd, is the 6th time the race has been run.
