The Isle of Wight branch of the Workers’ Educational Association (WEA) are giving you the chance to have fun, learn new skills and develop your creativity by learning to draw and paint in a friendly informal group.
Two ten week courses are on offer, one called Drawing People in Various Mediums beginning on Tuesday 24th September at Kirkwood Studio, Tuxedo, New Road, Wootton between 10:00 and 13:000 (fee £118.50). The second course on office is Looking at Working from Photographs & Painting in Acrylics beginning on Friday 27th September (also at Kirkwood Studio) between 10:00 and 12:30 with a fee of £98.75.
These ten week courses are free to learners on Income-based Benefit (proof required at first class).

Learn how to interpret the landscape of the Isle of Wight. This half day course will bring together all the evidence to show how we can rebuild a picture of the Island at the time of the Domesday Book.
