Singer Chesney Hawkes and BBC DJ Mark Radcliffe are among the 1st names announced for the 2022 Drumming and Strumming for Shanklin Theatre line-up.
The 90s singer will headline the event. Meanwhile, Mark Radcliffe, who can be heard on Radio 2 and Radio 6 Music and who also presents Glastonbury Festival, will make an appearance during the virtual charity concert.
Northern Irish rock band The 4 Of Us will also perform, alongside local musicians Amy Jolliffe, Greg Barnes and The Solar Escape.
Fallen Riders, featuring Kris Birkin – a former member of the Bees – will be featured too. and more names will be added to the line-up in the coming weeks.
The online event will take place on Thursday, 28th April and will premiere on YouTube at 19:00.
