Wootton-based web and design studio Brightbulb Design have recently expanded their team with the appointment of Amy Power and Chris Lucas, making full use of technology through video conferencing to drive the interview process as perhaps the new norm for job interviews.
During lockdown the business worked closely with clients to help their businesses adapt to the crisis, using digital technology and more flexible working to fully support businesses. Helping clients to pivot their business models, to drive sales and enhance customer communications.
To fully support this important work, Amy Power has joined the web development team. Someone well known to many businesses across the Island through her previous role as part of the digital presence team for the Isle of Wight Festival, Tapnell Farm and the Isle of Wight Zoo amongst others. Chris brings significant experience in sales and marketing development, having been part of the highly successful Medina Foods team. Using his expertise to help grow Brightbulb Design in this next chapter of the company’s development.
Between them, Amy and Chis bring over 20 years of combined industry experience to the company, reflecting Brightbulb’s commitment to invest in the very best talent for their clients.
Matt Jeffery of Brightbulb says:
“It’s great to welcome Amy and Chris to the Brightbulb Team. Over the last few months we have had to reflect on our own business model and practices and have been able to also help many other businesses with this. We want to continue to help these clients in the best way we can in what is still a very difficult and stressful time. By expanding the team and employing Island based talent, we hope to be able to help businesses recover quicker.”
