Parents are being urged to check the fridge as variety packs of the popular children’s yoghurt ‘Frubes’ have been recalled over fears they may contain small pieces of metal.
Yoplait UK has been forced to issue a recall notice on the Strawberry, Red Berry and Peach variety pack because metal pieces have been found in the peach flavour Frube within the multipack.
The Food Standards Agency says that this product is unsafe to eat.
Consumers should be on the lookout for the 9-pack Strawberry, Red Berry and Peach variety pack with batch code 9218195. The use by date is listed as 9th February 2022.
No other Yoplait or Frubes products are affected by this recall.
