If the drains were regularly vacuumed out quite a lot of this problem would not exist!
I am aware that water from sea & rivers is unavoidable!
If people on their merry way home of an evening didnt mistake pavements, gutters and drains for litter bins, not to mention other peoples gardens; it would help too …….please use the proper litter bins or take it home to your own bin.
Agreed Bert, so many blocked drains around on most roads, lack of maintenance really isn’t helping the flooding problems
I bet they use traffic lights at there sandbag locations
