Yarmouth’s popular Old Gaffers Festival will continue to run as a bi-annual event, it has been announced.
2 years ago the decision was taken to re-think the annual gathering and as a result no festival was held in 2016. However, this year saw the return of the beautiful variety of boats to Yarmouth Harbour and the collection of European traders and other attractions.
The organisation behind the event have decided to keep the new format meaning the next Old Gaffers Festival will be held between 31st May – 2nd June 2019.
It costs around £100,000 to put on the Festival.
