Will you need your wellies and waterproofs or sun cream and ice lollies for the Isle of Wight Festival this year? That’s the question on everyone’s mind this week as the 4-day event draws closer.
According to the Met Office, the Festival will see fairly overcast weather throughout with temperatures reaching the late teens and the mid-low teens overnight.
Tomorrow (Thursday) could see a few rain showers in the afternoon and again on Saturday morning but nothing too heavy or prolonged.
The wind will remain fairly gusty over the next few days and the UV index could reach 7 on Friday afternoon.
Sunday looks set to be the best day with highs of 18c and a falling wind speed. That theme follows into Monday morning with dry conditions for those packing up their tents and heading home.
