The Isle of Wight NHS Trust has announced that the Phelbotomy clinic at Ryde’s Health and Wellbeing Centre is will be closed for the remainder of the week.
Extensive work is being carried out on the roof of the building on Pelhurst Road, meaning scaffolding has been erected and the car park closed.
As the situation will disadvantage patients, the decision has been taken to close the Phlebotomy Clinic at Ryde for the week.
Patients requiring blood tests who would normally attend Ryde should attend St Mary’s Phlebotomy between 07:30-16:00 Monday to Friday.
The Ryde Phlebotomy team will be working from St Mary’s to allow for the extra patients attending.
