Motorists on the East side of the Island will have to think twice about where and when they fill up their tanks, as Tesco petrol station is to close for 5 days next week.
The supermarket have been warning customers that there will be a complete closure of the petrol station from this coming Monday (15th May) until Saturday (20th May) to enable essential pump replacement.
With the loss of a 24 hour station on the East Wight, motorists will have to consider filling up their tanks in advance and during the daytime.
The nearest 24 hour pumps will be at Sainsbury’s in Newport.
