Senior managers at Wightlink will be talking to customers sailing to and from the Isle of Wight on Friday afternoon (17th January) as part of the company’s ongoing consultation programme.
Chief Executive Russell Kew, Operations Director John Burrows, Head of Port Operations Sean Millward, Head of Fleet Operations Elwyn Dop and members of their team will be answering questions from passengers on board the 15:00 sailing from Portsmouth to Fishbourne and 16:00 sailing from Fishbourne to Portsmouth.
This is the second in a series of Meet the Managers events which will cover all routes in 2014. At the first consultation at Ryde Pier in December, 200 people who regularly use the catamaran service to Portsmouth raised a number of issues with Wightlink staff.
Russell says:
“Although we always welcome comments by email, post and phone, we value these opportunities to meet our customers face-to-face. Our aim is to talk to as many people as possible at these events over the year.”
