The Ryde Art Collective (TRAC) will be exhibiting for the first time in Ryde’s newest art gallery, run by mother and daughter team Dawn Fidler and Jenna Sabine.
Monkton Arts has quickly become a creative hub at the heart of the local community and includes an arts café (The Lounge), 2 artist studios, a community space and children’s art gallery as well as the Acons Gallery which is available for hire.
The 7 participating TRAC artists will be showing new work in a range of media including pastel, paint, needle-felt, textiles, print and ceramics. TRAC was formed in 2012 to give creatives in the Ryde area an opportunity to work and exhibit together.
The exhibition is open from 23rd September until 5th October, daily from 10:00-16:30. Free entry.
The Private View will be held on Monday 23rd September between 17:00-19:00 and The Lounge Café will stay open late serving teas, coffees and snacks. This will be a wonderful opportunity to check out Ryde’s newest art space.

Monkton Arts can be located at East Street, Ryde (opposite BERTS Motorcycles and Ryde Garage).
