Self-catering holiday specialist, cottages.com has appointed a new Business Development Manager on the Isle of Wight.
Rob Clarke will be responsible for cottages.com’s 250 rental properties across the Island in a patch covering Cowes down to Ventnor, Freshwater across to Bembridge and everywhere in between.
His role will see him focused on providing support to existing property owners on the Isle of Wight as well as growing the portfolio of homes available to let in the area.
Rob, who lives in Shanklin, moved to the Island in 2010. He has almost 20 years’ experience in the property industry having worked for a number of estate agency firms during that time including Pittis and Watson Bull & Porter.
Commenting on his appointment, Rob said:
“I am delighted with my new role at cottages.com. It is my aim to deliver an outstanding level of support to our existing network of owners and to provide honest and trusted advice to ensure that people letting out their properties on the Isle of Wight achieve their full rental potential.
“I am also keen to attract new properties to the market to meet the bourgeoning requests that we are experiencing. Demand for properties to let on the island is currently very high as the popularity of this beautiful region continue to soar amongst holidaymakers. 2017 is very much the year of the staycation and I am actively championing tourism in the area.
